Every order ships in plain, neutral packaging. No logos, brand names, or product descriptions appear on the outside. The shipping label uses a generic return address—nothing that hints at the contents. Your privacy is our default.

Neutral billing

Your credit card or bank statement will show a neutral business name (BodyAligned). We never use product-related words in our billing descriptor.

Shipping times & costs

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the US. Dispatched 2-3 business days after ordering. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the options you choose.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status in your account.
