How discreet is your packaging?
All orders ship in plain, neutral packaging. There are no identifying labels, logos, or descriptions on the outside. The return address uses our company name only—nothing that indicates the contents.
How does billing appear on my statement?
Charges appear under a neutral business name. We never use product-related words in our billing descriptor.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the US. Expedited options are available at checkout. We’ll send tracking once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US and Canada. International shipping may be added in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.
What’s your return policy?
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Due to the nature of our products, some items are final sale. See our Returns page for full details.
Are your products body-safe?
