Return policy

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in resellable condition.

Final sale items

Due to the nature of our products, some items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes opened intimacy products, used binders, and items marked as final sale on the product page. When in doubt, check the product listing before purchasing.

How to return

1. Email us at support@bodyaligned.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you a return label and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For size or style exchanges, please start a return and place a new order for the correct item. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
